Fill out the request form below. I will contact you by email within 3 business days to confirm, request poem details, and collect payment. I typically require 10 days to complete a poem. The final product is provided as a pdf attachment. You can then choose to print and frame, share electronically, write it out in a card, etc.

Two options:

Short & Sweet (10-12 lines) - $40

Long & Memorable (20-24 lines) - $75

Payment will be collected via PayPal or e-transfer. A deposit will be required and final payment will be collected when you are fully satisfied with your poem.
